ABOUT ME

Howdy! My name is Lexie Thiros. I graduated with my M.S. in high-altitude exercise physiology with a focus on women's health from Western Colorado University in 2022. I competed in NCAA cross country and track all through college, earning All-American honors in 2019, and am continuing on as an assistant coach at Western while pursuing my post-collegiate competitive running goals as well. I love connecting with and exploring mother nature, pushing my body past it's perceived limits, and of course, a good cup of coffee.
